TCS World Travel

For more than 25 years, TCS World Travel has delivered unparalleled experiences, with exceptional service in unique global destinations. TCS World Travel’s wealth of expertise and global network is why they are the private jet tour operator of choice for distinguished organizations such as National Geographic Expeditions, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Smithsonian Journeys.

Around the World Jet Escapes

They offer two ways to explore the world: Circle the globe or explore a continent, stopping at 8 to 10 incredible destinations on a single seamless journey; or alternatively, delve deeper into the heart and soul of a country with a smaller group of like-minded travelers. Spend two weeks getting to know the local culture through enriching, immersive experiences.

On the global itineraries, TCS operate their customised Boeing 757 configured with 52/76 seats according to the trip or their 28-seat customised airliner. On the smaller, regional itineraries travel in style either a 14-seat Falcon 900 or 46 seat Fokker 70 aircraft. Please contact us if you would like to learn which aircraft operate which itineraries.

Whenever possible, TCS journeys travel west – on daytime flights only, to minimize jetlag. Guests will always overnight in a hotel, rather than on the plane.

Luggage
A dedicated expedition staff member handles your luggage throughout the journey. In many destinations, your luggage will be transferred directly from the plane to your hotel room (often arriving before you check in). In others, you may be required to walk your bags through customs before handing them over to our staff, but we take over from there.

Visas, Customs & Immigration
Should your journey require visas or entry permits, TCS will send a visa kit with all the required information. They work with an expediting service who review applications and liaise with the consulates and embassies. During your trip, TCS World Travel pre-fill your customs and immigrations forms at every stop—all you need to do is sign. Where possible, guests enjoy special privileges such as expedited customs and immigration formalities. On occasion there may be a dedicated customs counter, or permission granted to go through without individual clearance.

Health
On the Boeing 757 trips, a physician travels throughout the entire journey to ensure a safe, healthy and worry-free experience.

The price of your expedition incorporates large items like the jet, hotels, transportation and meals, but it also includes many other things, such as activities, top-of-the-line guides, private dinners in restaurants, beverages and every single tip (guides, restaurants, hotel staff, drivers, etc.). At each destination, they provide you with a small amount of local currency, so you don’t have to exchange money to purchase minor souvenirs. They will even give you postcards at each destination – hand them to staff before departing for your next stop and TCS will stamp and mail them for you.

There are 17 TCS World Travel departures worldwide throughout 2020 alone – a selection of which can be seen below. Please contact us if you would like any further details on these or any of their other trips, or if you would like to check availability.
