A dedicated expedition staff member handles your luggage throughout the journey. In many destinations, your luggage will be transferred directly from the plane to your hotel room (often arriving before you check in). In others, you may be required to walk your bags through customs before handing them over to our staff, but we take over from there.

Should your journey require visas or entry permits, TCS will send a visa kit with all the required information. They work with an expediting service who review applications and liaise with the consulates and embassies.
